My Approach
This is where neuroscience, nervous system work, psychology, internal family systems, Somatic Parts work, yoga, subconscious reprogramming and coaching all come together to create magic.
Most coaching relies on mindset hacks and willpower. Think differently. Push harder. Try again.
And sometimes that works… for a bit.
But if you’ve ever known what you want and still felt completely stuck , or found yourself burning out, procrastinating, or self-sabotaging just as things were getting good - there’s nothing wrong with you.
It’s usually because your nervous system doesn’t feel safe yet.
We all have protective inner parts whose job is to keep us safe and accepted. And to them, “safe” often means staying exactly where you are, even if where you are feels uncomfortable or unfulfilling. These parts don’t respond to logic or pep talks. They live in the body and speak through the nervous system.
That’s why mindset work alone often feels exhausting… and why it rarely leads to real, lasting change.
This is where my work is different.
Instead of forcing change, we work with your body, your nervous system, and your protective parts, so shifts don’t feel scary or draining. They feel natural. Grounded. Sustainable.
Step one: Vision
Before you can design a life that feels good, you need to know what you’re actually designing towards.
Not what you should want.
Not what looks good on paper.
But what you want your life to feel like - day to day, in your body.
Clarity creates direction.
And direction gives your nervous system something to orient around.
Without vision, we just stay in reaction mode.
Step two: The Life Design Method
This is the foundation of my work - and where real, sustainable change happens.

lasting change has to happen in the body, not just the mind.
Most people don’t struggle because they lack insight or motivation. They struggle because their nervous system and protective parts are doing exactly what they were designed to do: keep them safe. So instead of forcing change through willpower, my approach creates the conditions where change actually feels possible.
This is the foundation of The Life Design Method - a highly transformational approach grounded in modern neuroscience, somatic psychology, and nervous system science.
The three foundations of my work
Rather than working on just one layer, we work with the whole system.
1. Nervous system regulation
Using evidence-based nervous system practices, we create safety in the body so you can move out of survival mode. When your system feels safe, clarity returns — and change stops feeling overwhelming.
2. Somatic parts work & alchemisation
This work is informed by Internal Family Systems and cutting-edge somatic psychology. Instead of analysing or overriding your protective parts, we work with them through the body — allowing old patterns to soften and reorganise at a nervous system level.
3. Embodiment & aligned action
From a regulated, connected place, we begin taking action. Not by pushing through fear or burnout, but by letting your body lead. This is how change becomes integrated rather than forced.
Somatic Activation Practices: where transformation happens
My Somatic Activation Practices are where everything comes together.
They’re informed by the latest research in neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and somatic healing, and are designed to create real shifts at the level where habits, beliefs, and identity actually live - the nervous system.
These practices help you experience safety, self-trust, and clarity in your body, so insight turns into embodied change. This is what allows deep patterns to rewire - not temporarily, but sustainably.
This is when true self-leadership emerges.
